Statement from David and Emma Stark (GPA), with Luke & Deborah Finch, March 2023

Luke and Deborah Finch have left the staff team of Global Prophetic Alliance (GPA) to pursue the call of God on their lives in new ways.

Emma and I would like to take this opportunity to thank Luke and Deb for all that they have birthed and achieved in the time that they have been employed here at the charity. Both families want to take this opportunity to publicly state our deep adoration and respect for each other and to make clear that this mutual agreement to part ways (which follows discussions over a number of months) may be an ending of employment but is by no means an ending of our relational connection. We love and bless each other and Emma and I bless the Finches to be fruitful as they move in new directions!

The GPA family at our hub in Glasgow, as well as our network of supporters and members around the world, have been exceptionally served by Luke and Deborah over the last couple of years. The Finch family relocated to Scotland during the pandemic so that Luke could become GPA’s first employed worship leader. Over the last two years Luke and Deborah have served in a variety of roles, including on GPA’s platforms, managing events and on the broadcasting team. It has been our privilege to stand with them in love, prayer, support and warfare during Luke’s serious long-term illness. We rejoice that he is now re-gaining strength and can’t wait to hear him back doing what God created Him to do. Please continue to pray for and financially support the Finches through this time.

Luke and Deborah commented,

Thank you so much to each and every person who has supported, loved and championed us as a family during our time working at Global Prophetic Alliance. You welcomed us with open arms and Scotland instantly became home! Adventuring with this community of incredible people both online across the globe and here in Glasgow has been so special.

We’d like to especially mention the prayer warriors and those who supported our family practically and financially during Luke’s illness - you have our deepest heartfelt appreciation and love!

Thank you also to David and Emma for your investment into the lives of our whole family - we will always be very grateful for this season, we love you and thank God for you.
