What is your cancellation policy?

If you decide after a length of time that this course is not suitable for you, and you would like to end your membership on the programme, please contact ep@propheticalliance.com to inform a team member. They will be able to cancel your standing order and end the membership for you. Please note that ending the membership early will also mean that you will lose access to the learning area, Facebook community, and all past teachings.  

If you are dropping out of the course our refund policy is as follows:

Cancellations 0 week - 4 weeks into the course starting 100% refund 

Cancellations 4-6 weeks 75% refund on fees paid 

Cancellations 6-10 weeks 50% refund on all fees paid 

Cancellation after 10 weeks no refund will be offered on past fees paid. Only cancellation of upcoming fees will be offered.
